this is my 4th time in a life time of driving.

My brother just drop me off(he is still in car) I was getting stuff to my house and talking to guy for dumping garbage at him house. I saw meter maid coming told my brother to go around the block. meter maid tries to runs next to driver side, i walk in front of him. since my brother was driving away. he threatens me for touching him. I said go ahead call the cops. i was just blocking you for trying to give me brother a ticket while was already leaving. i said i got a witness, I point to witness(not a good one, cause i just told the guy stop dumping stuff to my yard, caught him putting garbage there, i was bluffing).

he didn't call the cops, but he copy down the plate number didn't get a chance to scan the front of the car. since i was blocking him.

is there a way to get assholes like this?

last time this happen was i pull over the side drop my brother off at a store, same thing happen, girl runs along side my car, tries to scan, i move along, their car pulls along, and than finally get me half block away at a red light.

the worse thing was right behind my brother was a car park at a fire hydrant with nobody in it, he was so fixated at giving my brother a ticket and trying to threaten me with arrest.

if your brother was in the driver's seat and the car was running- effectively there was nothing that could have been done against you. Albeit a warning to move.

Actually, now that the traffic cops are part of the NYPD, isn't blocking them from performing their duty the same as if you're blocking a real cop? I would think he's interfering with the police.

No. What the amendment did was enforce laws which protect traffic officers from assault. Making it a felony [i believe].

I hadn't meant him, but his brother- there was nothing they could have done to his brother [the one in the car]. Sorry.

Still, as much as we hate them- they're doing their job.

I was not blocking him blocking him, i just stood there knowing the traffic cop was coming for the driversside. i wasn't going to move out of my way to let him through to write a ticket. he could of went around, he block my brother car from moving first. even though my brother was in a moving car before the traffic meter car stop infront of him, i saw traffic meter cop car from down the block. told my brother to move and when he started, meter maid pass on the side and stop in front of him.

its hard for me to type out what i mean.

basically meter maid was trying to give a ticket to a moving car.

same thing happen to me a few times, i was already in a moving car they stop and drove along side me and than block me from moving. if i didn't let them pass i could of cause a traffic accident( they were just driving very dangerously next to me, i could just go to the middle of the street and push the car into their car), same thing happen to my brother but this time i stood near the driversside. and the metermaid said i touch him lol which i didn't. the guy was trying to walk near drivers side to scan.

Video tape... they HATE IT.
Some guy goes around stalking them now with his video camera and it sets most of them off.

Especially when he tapes them parking in front of a hydrant to get some coffee! lol

They are traffic agents because they cause traffic mostly, IMO
