St Marks and Franklin
I think this is technically CH and not PH? Anyway, a co-worker of mine is looking at a place there, for rent, any input on the neighborhood? I don't really know CH much but I assume it's as safe as PH, no? She's a mid-20s chick, if that makes a difference...

Crown Heights is not as safe as Prospect Height--at least that's the impression I've gotten while living around the border of the two. -
It is what it is. If they can get a decent space for decent rent tell 'em to go for it.
