Just buy a little tub of spackle. If they are really small you can even use your finger to rub in and fill the hole. Otherwise a cheap plastic spackle tool will do.

they come in smaller sizes and there is even one that goes on pink and dries white so you know when to sand it.

Spackle. Don't forget to sand it when the spackle dries. For larger holes use that "magic" mesh tape and lay on joint compound in decreasingly thinner layers.
