Looking for apt under $1850

Hello -

We are a quiet, professional couple with a lovely cat looking for an apartment in Park Slope, Windsor Terrace, Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill or Prospect Heights. We can move in anytime after August 15th, we just have to give our current landlord 30 days notice.

Ideally, we would be able to find a 1 or 2BR apartment with outdoor space, but that may be wishful thinking! We would also be interested in a 2BR without outdoor space.

Any leads would be GREATLY appreciated!

if you are still looking in sept, i should have a 3br in your price range. its in a townhouse, and fully renovated. i will post the ad here once i get the go ahead.

Or, Park Slope South, 20th St bet 5th and 6th Avenues. Garden access or balcony. 2 Bedrooms at $1850. Sept 1st move in date. Good luck hunting!
