Funny, just as I read this an obnoxious motorcyclist just revved up and did about 40 down my 20 miles an hour speed limit block. assholes.

Yeah, i hear them now, but I didn't notice them until you pointed it out. Eh, they'll shut up soon enough. It's only 10.

Loud pipes don't really save lives.

It was total bullshit. I was trying to drive down Prospect Park West around 9th Street and the street was almost completely blocked off because of these bikes and some cars just hanging out double and triple parked. I can't imagine this had just spontaneously happened and ended just as quickly and that the police didn't know what was happening. It wasn't really a big deal but I think the police were ignoring the situation instead of dealing with it.

I saw a bunch cruising down Court street in Carroll Gardens as well. Might have been a rally or run somewhere. I think, however grouping everyone who rides a motorcycle into having small penises, is somewhat small brained. But thats just me.
There are plenty of MCs (motorcycle clubs, for those who wouldn't get the abbreviation) that do runs for charity, sick friends, toys for tots, or disease research (maybe why the cops didnt want to arrest people, bad press for them if it was for charity), But who would know why they were riding last night for sure, no one.
I'm not justifying the bikers speeding down streets illegally or going onto the sidewalks, i can't imagine they were all doing this, it just seems silly to lump all bikers into one group.
We all know that some people on this board and other neighborhood blogs lump all Park Slopers into some pretty insulting groups and we all know thats untrue, yes?

I ride a motorcycle that won't blow your ears off due to it's pipes and guys like these annoy the hell out of me. That said, guys like this usually don't live too long. Best bet is just to not be there when they use their junk instead of their head to think with.

Oh and anyone else think that this many people just aren't meant to live this close together? Tend to get on each other's nerves...

a little old lady was killed yesterday. while trying to step over trash left on the sidewalk she was hit by a bicyclist riding the wrong way on the sidewalk.
