We need to sublet our 1-bedroom on Bedford Av. between St. John's and Sterling Pl.

Sublet runs July 25 through Sept. 1 (dates flexible). Starting Sept. 1, you can sign a new lease with the landlord at the same rent.

$1,475 a month for a good-sized 1-bedroom with plenty of sunlight.

It's a renters market, no one can afford to buy and few are able to sell.

Bedford and St. John's is nice.

it is the block in PH between Underhill and Washington that seems to not shed its crazy lane reputation.

...but yeah, $1475 isn't cheap. ...let us know how it goes.

That's a little more than what the units in the renovated hospital go for.
