Missing taby cat!
Hi there!
Our cat took off into our backyard got spooked and ran away. If you see her please let us know. We are really worried about her. We will be posting flyers around the block, but I thought I'd also post here in case someone online sees her:
- Female White/Brown/Orange Tabby named “Anna”
- Very shy and skittish but harmless.
- Wearing blue collar with red cherries on it that has her name and
phone number attached.
- She’s probably hiding in one of the backyards between Garfield
Place and 1st Street in the courtyards between7th and 8th Avenues.
- Please email amanda loves you at gmail dot com
Thank you so very much for taking the time to read this. I just hate knowing she's stuck out in the rain.

Oh, Anna, go home!
Edna, read the "Ask Brooklynian" section at the bottom to learn how to post a pic.
Also, make sure you check with all of your neighbors - cats don't usually go too far. See the recent post about Herbstreit the cat, who was just found in his neighbors basement after several days.
Call the local vets and CACC to let them know about her just in case somebody takes her there.
Lastly, keep us posted -

Thank you so much for the advice! We will totally contact the local vet's and CACC.
Hope she comes home soon! -
She's so pretty! Maybe you can put fliers in all of the doors on that block. You're probably right about her being in one of the yards.

She came home tonight and she's doing well! Thanks

Yes! Thanks for letting us know that Anna is back safe and sound.
Please give her a good talking to, some keeeeeses and treats and then make sure she is also microchipped in case she manages to get her collar off. Hopefully she'll remember that it's a cruel world out there and that she's got a comfy life.... -
So glad to hear about a happy ending! And she's gorgeous
Howdy, Stranger!
