Other Special Events: Taste Life Tuesdays and Lobsterfest
The first Tuesday of each month, MELT hosts "Taste Life Tuesdays,” a five-course, prix-fixe tasting menu for guests to discover new foods and sample innovative culinary creations along with wines that enhance their dining experience. This summer, MELT also offers Lobsterfest each Wednesday, where Chef Valbuena translates ordinary lobster into delectable dishes such as Saffron Bisque Lobster Pot Pie and Vanilla Vinaigrette–Infused Lobster Summer Rolls.
