Underhill park B/W cat
This is the 2nd time I’ve seen this cat. Extremely friendly!!! Both times on the corner of Underhill & Park. Id take him/her in but I’ve got 2 cats already and I cant risk it (diseases, etc).
Anyone?....
edit: its a black and white cat - seems well fed and approaches ppl as they walk by.

We have been looking for our missing cat since February and got several calls from people who thought that this fellow was our Charlie. We also have seen and talked to him many, many times while walking around looking for Charlie.
We came to believe that this guy lives with somebody and is let out at specific times. As you point out, he is very friendly, well fed and cared for (although sometimes a little dirty--which is reasonable). He doesn't stray far from his usual route.
We know that he appears at 9ish and disappears around midnight pretty much every night. He seems to be quite happy with his current situation and if anything, it's probably good to just leave him alone.

Agreed. We would ask him to take a note to his humans, but he didn't seem to have pockets

There's a black and white cat at the Associated "bodega" on Underhill and St Johns that's sometimes out at night.

this cat has been coming around to my window and making my kittens FREAK OUT, poor things. i talked to my neighbor today who knows everyone in the hood (apparently including the cats) and she said that yes, this is the cat from the associated market. i am glad to know that he is not a stray but i wish he would stop scaring the heck out of my wee ones at 3 AM.
