Being a former Midwesterner I'm looking forward to some real custard. But will it hold an eggy candle to Kopp's or Leon's in Milwaukee?

Who knows but I think this is at least something different for a change.

Just walked by. Not open yet, but the door was open and it looked like it could be nearly done inside.
