This song reminds me of my time living in LA - it was in the 90s and this song was considered a "classic" by then (it was like 6 years old):

    I LOVE that song! It kicks ass. I just heard it today on www.kroq.com (from my LA days; Kevin'n'Bean in the a.m. are the best). I'm glad they put subtitles because I never knew what she was singing about.

    Silent Shout doesn't remind me of Yaz...to be honest...
    nothing sounds like Yaz..or Yazoo...
    there is just one band that reminds me of them
    (not because of the music but because both members are so crazy talented and so amazingly ugly)... guess?
