clean, responsible SF needs 1BR in Prospect Heights proper

Help! I'm looking for a rental or sublet 1BR apartment ideally in Prospect Heights proper, Boerum Hill, south Clinton Hill or vicinity around $1450-$1700 starting Sept 1 for at least six months to a year (flexible).



An ideal apartment looks like a top floor of brownstone, loft, open format space or any condo with large windows and lots of sunlight. At least 650+ square feet with a decent sized kitchen. I'll take furnished or unfurnished spaces, people looking to leave their spaces early or who just need someone to take care of their space for a couple of months.



I'm a woman in my thirties looking to transition back to NY after time spent on the west coast. I'm also super clean, thoughtful and responsible, have great taste and will likely improve any space that I live in. Am also very low maintenance, have good credit, no pets and a great tenant overall.
