Lost Cat, Please help!!

Hello everyone,

My incredibly sweet cat has disappeared. He was last seen near Kingston Ave and Park Pl wearing a red collar with a 914 area code telephone number written on it. I can be reached at that number if you find him. His name in Raz and he has long black hair with white bits on his belly and toes. He recently went to the groomer and got a lion cut. He is incredibly friendly. I am offering a reward to anyone who finds him, I just want by baby back. Thank you so much for your time.
