This is a great sewing machine which I got from my mom. Sadly I just don't sew and need to free up some room. Included is original foot pedal, accessories box and some needles/notions. I will also include a Reader's Digest Complete Guide to Sewing book in v. good condition. I used it about a year ago and it worked fine, seems to be in good working condition. May need a tune-up since it's really not been used regularly for a long time though. You're welcome to come check it out. I don't have the original manual but I have seen them online.

Whole set for $35. Cash and carry in Prospect Heights.

Call 718-857-4279 or pm me.

I don't know much about sewing machines so I looked online for a review. It's an older model so this was the only one I could find. It should give you an idea of the features:

This was pretty state of the art at the time and a lot of today's machines don't do much more than this one. It has a four step button hole and the decorative stitches require switching cams called "fashion disks" but it is a simple procedure and it gives me over 20 different stitches. The absolute best feature is the wind in place bobbin. You don't need to take the bobbin out when you run out of thread, you don't need to re-thread anythng to fill the bobbin, so running out in the middle of a seam is a delay of a minute or less before you are back to work.
