Who's in charge of keeping the public greenspace garden tidy? It's been locked for days, and someone threw old couch cushions and a handful of papers in through the gates; they're just rotting there. The plants are wilting, and it's very unhappy looking.

if it's a green thumb garden (should have a sign on the fence if so), call green thumb. they will have a contact person.
