It looks like the pick up truck was going the wrong way.

Yeah, someone told me that the truck is owned by a cop. Wouldn't surprise me if the cop pulled the illegal maeuver. Probably was going the wrong way as the blue car was turning. I see cops from the annex making illegal turns all the time.

Judging from the tire tracks in the first picture I assumed the accident was between the blue car and the gold car further down on Washington w/its taillights on. The truck may just have been parked there and been the unfortunate victim in this accident.
