    Boredness.

    Rave:

    Late night exercise.Did 41 mins on my bike and lifted free weights (10 lbs each arm) for 30 mins. That bike is still whisper quite and awesome.

    Rant :

    Just got out of the shower and realized that I forgot to shampoo my hair.Motherfuck-why?? ](*,)
    Now I feel dirty. My hair was dry when I started exercising and after I was through , it was all wet from sweat....Eww , I'm grossing myself out.Dammit , I'm going back in.

    Yep, they take some blood but it's a lot easier than hunting down your old shot records.

    Plus, it lets you know if your immunity has waned from any of the vaccinations, so you can get a booster if you're no longer immune. For example, if you haven't gotten your tetanus booster in the last few years, you probably didn't get the one with pertussis included, and you might be vulnerable to pertussis.

    Rant: If she/he also says surgery is the best way to go, choosing who I let "reconstruct" such important parts will be so much harder.

    Rave: bf is helping in the search. He's very concerned with the quality of the doctor I use :)

    I have a fantastic orthopedic surgeon at the Hospital for Special Surgery if you are interested. Good luck and I hope your back to 100% soon

    ^Stacey, I want your doctor's name, please. I am trying to get a second opinion from Dr. Elliott at HSS, but haven't heard back about workers comp yet - he apparently only does WC on a case-by-case basis.

    I, too, may be facing surgery and want to get 2nd opinion. Plus, I had a fucking meltdown of epic proportions after a cortisone shot at my last doctor's visit and I'm kinda turned off by the whole experience.

    A friend did tons of research to pick the doc to do his last surgery after feeling the his first knee surgery was not a success due to the doctor, and was beyond happy with Cushner at HSS. Sadly, Cushner doesn't specialize in ankles which is my problem but I may try first going to H. Potter first to look at my MRI films and get the opinion of someone other than a surgeon.

    Flexi, we must meet instead of just living parallel lives :)

    Some biotch gave me a dirty look today at the laundromat. Why do ladies get mad AT THE WOMAN that her man is looking at? Get mad at the fuckin' asshole giving the goo goo eyes! Stupid bitch. I don't dress slutty or show any skin so why the fuck would it be my fault? I didn't even have any make up on!! BITCH!! Anyway ,so I just gave her a mean "I will fuck you up , try me bitch" look. :mad:

    Double Fuck. I mean rant. When French cookbook cautions not to open oven door while pastry is cooking, it is important to pay attention. Batch six of said pastry are ruined. Fuck.
    Went to put cover on aluminium tray and it is too small. Fuck.
    Oh. Triple Fuck. Have now been carmelizing onions for two and a half hours in batches and not done. So hard not to eat them like candy.
    Rant #4: Voodoo said one bottle of wine is the perfect amount for one person. Since I only have one glass left in my bottled opened at 4 today, I think he must have been referring to a school night. Cannot leave house as things in oven and on stove. Maybe someone will bring me some beers.
