Restaurant with a bad name (I always think it's a clothing resale shop) on 9th St.

Blech. I ate there once. They microwaved me mac'n'cheese on a paper plate. No thanks. BTW, 8th & Prez ....it's on 7th ave/9th St...underneath the real estate place
