This is Rush Limbaugh inciting racial hatred

Like I said over and over Rush is not a racist. Believe what you want to believe. Do you really think with all his years of success with his millions of daily listeners, growing every day, that he could possibly be a racist? It's absurd. If you truly believe that then you are calling his listeners racist as well. You know the race baiters sharpton and jackson would be camped outside his office daily if that were the case.

No, what makes it so is his own words on video, in context, that he recorded himself for his own audience. As well as the many other things he has said that mr. met has enumerated for you several times.

Subject: President Obama and race, and satire

Race is definitely affecting the sensibiities of individuals bent on destroying President Obama's policies. However, as the President has said, it is more of a political and idealogical problem.

To the author of another comment on President Obama, I offer the following:

Dear Mr. Stein:

As an 81-year-old, lifelong Democrat, I offer the following rebuttal to your woefully shameful and inept, satirical diatribe directed towards President Obama. As an opener, I would offer the following:

“Satire is a sort of glass wherein beholders do generally discover everybody’s face but their own” ~ Jonathan Swift, 1667-1745 ~ author and (gifted) satirist.

Regarding your No. 1 paragraph, I can think of nothing more vulgar as former Vice President Cheney’s shocking suggestion to Senator Leahy, while on the floor of the Senate. And, for the sake of brevity, I will not cite the profanity and criminality of the Nixon years, as recorded for posterity in the tapes we can all hear on NPR.

In regard to the rantings following paragraph No. 2, the biggest “tale tellers” in recent history were the ones who took us to war in Iraq, because of “weapons of mass destruction”. And, these same people declared publicly on many occasions that they “did not torture”!

As far as Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid are concerned, these are all programs that the poor, the needy, and senior citizens have found to be unfailingly sustaining. They loom tall in effectively countering the usual Republican ideology of “sink or swim”, and I’m mighty proud that Democrats were responsible for these lifelines.

And now we come to health care. I would quote another Jonathan Swift gem:

“The stoical scheme of supplying our wants by lopping off our desires, is like cutting off our feet when we want shoes.”

Count me as one who would prefer to give them the shoes.

In closing, I would again return to my good friend, Jonathan Swift:

“When a true genius appears in this world, you may know him by this sign, that the dunces are all in confederacy against him.”

I would also suggest that you postpone further predictions for the future of the GOP until President Obama finishes a full four year term.
