Manhattan Bar Recs for a Bachelorette

My cousins are in from Philly tonight as one of them is getting married in October. We're having her bachelorette - they booked a room at the Sheraton on 53rd and 7th, but no nabe is out of bounds (in Manhattan - I doubt I'll get them to Brooklyn). Any recommendations? They're a pretty wild bunch but I'd like to start them out with something a wee bit upscale. We can slum it after that. :)

    I start with drinks at the bar at the Royalton. Its a great bar, secluded, out of the way, and full of beautiful people. Its got the advantage of being near Times Square so its great for out of towners.

    It's 6 AM an I JUST now got home. Those bitches are brutal! There was no Coyote Ugly OR Hogs & Heifers in the rotation.
