Come to think of it, pretty much any growler in any restaurant or bar if you get your timing right.

isn't what makes it kinky the fear of getting caught? and isn't that because of the disapproval, etc. that would come with getting caught? and isn't any activity intended to incite disapproval, etc., necessarily antagonistic, which is to say, hostile?

I disagree. I think the kink comes from fear of getting caught, yes, but ends there and does not get into the realm of intention to incite disapproval, being antagonistic or hostil. It's a spurrious conclusion, and a bit overanalysed, a bit of a stretch.

Really, it's just about the fun. I wasn't actually ever afraid of getting caught, that was an after thought I had from reading the OP.

I agree with Sweet Tea.
Kinky is between consenting adults. Including an unwitting third and fourth party is hostile. You are using sex for a confrontation. I see it similar to flashers in that one person in the act has not agreed to it. Now I don't think if I stumble upon two people doing it in a public place I am a victim by any means (well I guess it depends on who I stumble upon) but I think there is something aggressive in inflicting your sex life on to strangers. If you want to be naughty and scolded, why not hire a dominatrix and then it is consensual?

Personally, we did not want to get caught, didn't even think about it, we just wanted to have sex outside; it was a nice night. And it was not in front of anyone. The OP says she thought she was being "discreet about it." You're reading way too much into this. Does EVERYHING have to be a hostle act? I think hostile implies an overt desire to cause harm to someone, we just wanted to have sex.
