Good Overnight Dog Kennel
I have a last minute overnight trip to make with my husband and need to entrust my three dogs with a reputable kennel. I'm fairly new to Brooklyn, and even before we had friends stay over, so this is going to be a first for me.
Two are wonderful in new situations, but the little guy is nervous, so I need to find a place that's REALLY loving and good.

Names of a few to consider:
Dog Abbey
Monster Mutt
Susie's Pet care (not a daycare but I think she's a great walker/sitter) -
Caseopele's mom has a boarding/grooming service in Brooklyn Heights. All you have to do is see Caseo's posts to know that she loves animals and having met her mom I can tell you that she is just like her.

I have taken my dog to Monster Mutt a couple of times but it has the strongest bad smell of any dog kennel I've ever used, probably not a great sign. But I think the pets are well taken care of there.

I've heard good things about Dog Abbey from some picky owners.
If it's just overnight and you're in a bind, maybe check with your vet. At least then you don't have to get the shot record to another place.
From what I've seen of the staff of Eva's in the park, I would not let them care for my dog. Their kenneling might be better (it gets good reviews on some online sites) but I think most people who pay them for the dogs to go to off-leash are getting ripped off, among other issues. -
I have an excellent dog walker who recently housed my two dogs for five days. I'm super protective so it couldn't be just anyone. PM me and I'll give you her reference.
