do a search on this site for Wang movers. No idea on the price. It really depends on how much crap you have, how far apart the apartments are, etc.
Wang seems a bit shady at first because you have to leave a message on a weird answering machine and then they call you back. However, they will ask you questions regarding your stuff (how many boxes, how much and what type of furniture, etc.) and then give you a firm price. They showed up on time and within budget. They were super fast AND careful and professional.
I preferred this route as I have heard many stories about people who had estimates and then the movers showed up and took much longer than expected and upped the price.
This way you'll know exactly what you are getting into. I also managed to negotiate them down a bit (with the promise and delivery of a good tip...which they deserved and I would have given anyway for a good job) -
sorry...WONG movers.
Here is a discussion about them (with contact info) and other alternatives

I recently had two very good experiences with College Educated Movers... so good that I recommended them to my daughter, who is moving from Manhattan to (gasp!) Forest Hills.

When I moved I got way too high quote from College Educated Movers. Ended up going with Rabbit (truckin' like bunnies) who were awesome and came in UNDER my budget.

We just moved to the slope from Queens and use NYcityVan. Previously on the first floor and moved to a 4th floor walk up. They quoted 130/hr, which I feel is a great price. They were quick and efficient, and really nice. Here is all feedback on them from yelp. Best of Luck!! http://www.yelp.com/biz/nycityvan-brooklyn

I used Wong movers today. They were on time, did a fine job and they were really very reasonable with
their price. I'm very pleased with their service and will be using them again. Vivian was so polite
and easy to deal with. Punctual, in fact they were on the early side. You won't regret using them.
