Subject: A couple places
Both General Electric and Sears, Roebuck & Co. have large service companies that deal with just about every type and make of large electric appliances.
I know the GE number is 1-800 GE CARES ... give it a try. -
Len's Appliance of Bay Ridge. They're a tad pricey but they know their craft and they show up. 718-238-3200
