PS 9 Silent Auction
With all the astronomical budget cuts PS 9, is currently in jeopardy of losing ALL of our Arts programs. The school is in dire need of funds that would allow it to continue providing the neighborhood children with these enriching programs for our coming school year.
There are two ways to help:
You can buy tickets for the silent auction on Friday October 23rd at the Picnic House in Prospect Park from 6- 10 PM.
The tickets are 20 dollars and you can buy them at the school
You can also go to website and find out how to make a donation:

The silent auction was a fun event last year, and helped the school tremendously. There will be an open bar, and lots of great stuff to bid for. Come join us on October 23rd, you can really make a difference and have a great time while doing it!

Hey I run the "Prospect Pond" bar and we support teachers. If you guys wanted to have an after party on the 23rd at my bar I'd be happy to donate a chunk of the proceeds to you public school.

Thanks Sam! I will talk to the PTA and see what they say. I'm sure they would be thrilled.

Awesome, they might be interested to know that we provide a teacher discount at all times at "Prospect Pond." Also if someone needs to get in touch with me my e-mail is <rockclimbersam>
