Any updates on the Pequena opening on Vandy?

I know nothing about opening restaurants, but doesn't it seem like it's been aaaages since that Stop Work Order notice went up? I'm curious if anyone knows what the hold up is or if this is a doomed stalled project now.

I wouldn't ask except I understand that the owners have a lot of restaurant property in the area and Pequena is a chain now afterall...so they must be fairly deft at working in the system properly and getting these projects up and running. Anything?
