Space on the northwest corner of Vanderbilt and Bergen?

After a great meal on opening night at The Vanderbilt I do think Beast needs to step up their game. Too many times have I had inconsistent food at Beast and they rarely, if ever, change their menu. Granted they attract different crowds, there will definitely be some spill over to The Vanderbilt.

Now, if you look next to Pequena I noticed that there are two open store fronts there...crossing my fingers that someone brings another bar/restaurant in that space really making this a destination corner.
