Where to find costume jewelry and clip-on earrings?

I'm going as Liz Taylor in the photo below, and need to find some jewelry for my costume, especially the giant earrings. My ears aren't pierced, I'm not willing to pierce them, and I don't want to spend a lot of money. Where should I go?

    Not sure if you are near one of these:
    1. Ricky's or
    2. seasonal Halloween stores that sprang up overnight in the city

    Always a street peddler on W. 43d and 5th and near Bryant Park with tons of costume jewelry. Try Fulton Street or Court Street (by the courts) if you work in Brooklyn. There are some wig, costume jewelry stores off Fulton as well - right by the Lawrence Street/Jay Street stations.
