I've been craving pah all day. But not just any , I wanted the Hostess apple pie.
I can't find those exact ones. I found the "Drakes Apple pie by Hostess" --wtf is that?? I took a bite and was extremely disappointed. It tastes NOTHING like what I remember. Hostess pies have a unique shape and a shiny sweet glaze spread on the outer crust ,and they feel heavy bcuz they are filled to the max with the delicious filling.
The crap I bit into today was just a knockoff of the original BY THE COMPANY THAT PRODUCES THE ORIGINAL? And it doesn't even taste a little good.
I will go out tomorrow and find my pah. I.will!!! -

I was thinking of posting about one of these - specifically air hockey. I haven't been to a Brooklynian game night before, and my hand-eye co-ordination leaves a lot to be desired, but its been at least 32 years since I last played air hockey, so I'd like to have another go!
