knitting machine.

does anyone know about knitting machines and how to use them? we have one but are slow to figure it all out.. let's just say the knitting by hand seems to be faster thus far.

I have the same problem, and I am not fanatic of them but I know FIT has machine knitting classes, I took one on 2004, I enjoyed but could not do it for my life at home, alone.

What can I tell you is and art, but I still prefer manual knitting, rather than machine. The teacher is great, I really enjoyed the class and ended up with a sweater I made in class, so it was not a complete loss.

I have also seen video instruction for knitting machines for sale in the internet, but I have never tried those.

yeah, my friend is supposed to go to the class and he is going to learn for the rest of us... saving the cashmere for later.
