Were these twats at least fined for the markings on sidewalks, etc?
-
So does this mean that any business is now welcome to advertise for free on public space and the exterior walls of private property as long as they call it "guerilla" and promise to come back later and clean it up?

only if they sell units as a result of it.
...if the backlash is high enough, it means no place will do it again.
(I'd like government to have a role in fining them etc., but I can't say I have a lot of confidence in gov's competence) -
Couldn't it be considered tagging/vandalism? They've admitted to being responsible for it. They should be fined.

Oh, and if you see people giving out t-shirts this weekend, please accept as many shirts as you can. Then, give the shirts to the homeless on the streets, preferably any that hang out near this building. I can't think of a better counter marketing effort.

To Whats21123: fire your ad agency. They're hacks. Or maybe you should fire yourselves.

Perhaps we should all adopt guerilla advertising techniques for all future Brooklynian events, using spray paint to paint "Go, Brooklyn!", but only on the exterior walls of one particular condo building...
-
i saw them shooting some video a couple of weekends ago... kids skating all over 7th avenue, almost being run over by cars
-
I saw them throwing confused birds
at the meier building

what is 21123?
the word on the street is:illig wrote: i saw them shooting [...] kids [...] almost being run over by cars

So, as far as I saw, they didn't remove anything yet.

21123, I hope the units don't sell and the bank takes your house as payment for the money you owe them.
Your building is ugly.
Everyone knows that 23rd St is not even close to Park Slope.
The fact is you couldn't afford a real estate agent, so you vandalized a neighborhood, and lost a lot of potential customers as a result.
I hope you have to go rental. -
It's the lamest publicity stunt I've seen in a while...plus, the video of the rollerbladers is hella lame too. It's hilariously bad.
