What is the name of this video game?

Very old school arcade game.

There is a big rectangle. Your goal is to try to capture space inside this rectangle. For example, if you bisect the rectangle in half, you have captured 50% of the space.

While you try to capture space by running through the middle of the rectangle and "sealing off" sections (which then turn a different color) , little star-like shapes run along the perimeter trying to chase you. You have to avoid running in to them.

Once you get to a certain percentage (I forgot what percentage - let's say 75%) of the board captured, you are on to the next round.
