Another cat burglary: E Pway b/w Classon/Franklin
Thieves came in through fire escape of my next door neighbor. Took laptop and other electronics.
Didn't get us. I learned something new re: the config of the building. I think their unit is acessible via a small "roof" that connects some units with E Pwy frontage to some with frontage on Lincoln.
In any case, cops were just here. Reccomending "gates" on windows, which I am sure our property owner would n ot provide.
Watch your backs.

Gates are a worthwhile investment, even for a renter unless you're really only going to be here short term. Also, you'll get a discount on your renter's insurance for having a "security device."
