OK Judy, just a little. Worked in advertising, ran into conflicts of ethics. Went into real estate, but the clients were a pain. (Still keep the broker's license; you never know.) Then went into antiques and collectibles, still dabble a bit. Only on the wholesale level. No retail. Basically, now I am retired and sitting on my rump playing with the stock market. That's it.

VintageJames - Where are you from in the neighborhood? What school did you go to....Most of us went to St. John's on 21st street.....good luck with the stock market!!!!!

Went to East Carolina. The neighborhood? What neighborhood? It is correctly called Madison. That is the area bounded by Kings Highway and Ave. U to the north and south, and Nostrand Ave. and Ocean Ave. to the east and west. But the name depends on the broker you are talking with and the ethnic group he/she is trying to entertain. Kind of like Bococa or something. I'll never get that right. Nor am I interested.
