i like not living there anymore and being able to buy a house with land, without asking mom and dad for 400k for a deposit.
There wasn't much to like really. Too vanilla, too self conscious, too materialistic. -

one of my favorite things about Park Slope is veets big old Victorian blue house. i always thought that house was cool, now that I "sort of' know the person who owns it, i find it cooler.
Also got to love prospect park, the zoo, the botanical gardens and the shops and restaurants. -

We are here most of the time since we work from the building.
And it is not Victorian.
Historically correct it is 2nd Empire French.. Just ask the pain in the arses over at landmarks Commission. -

and head towards 4th avenue, the flavor of the neighborhood changes.
