Great 1 bedroom in prime park slope deal for a super
In about 2 months I will have large 1 bedroom apartment available in a brownstone in prime park slope. I am looking for someone who is willing to do light work around the building in exchange for below market rent.
The main tasks include taking out the garbage, sweeping the floor once a week, and light painting.
In exchange you will get a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment with exposed brick, wood fllooring and tin cielings for a price thats well below park slope prices.
I will not qoute the price here but what i can say is that its cheaper then any 1 bedroom SOUTH slope apartment you might find.
This will be a great find for the right person.

Subject: Definitely Interested
Hey, I'm definitely interested! Could you please email more information (location, pictures, price, duties) to [email protected] ? -
Hi:
I am replying on behalf of our nanny and her husband who are looking for an affordable place in the neighborhood. Jose, the husband, is very handy and does contracting work by trade, and he could certainly handle the "super" type of work you are describing. Both are mature, honest and would make reliable tenants. Please contact me if you are interested, let me know the rent, location, etc, and I would be happy to make the introduction. Thanks! Hello,
I am in a lease in the same area that is up in April and previously did real estate appraisal in California, so know what up keep is needed for long term value out of rental units. Please email me info to [email protected].
Thank You,
Sergio
