Hello all you lucky people! Do you realize how few people can relate to friends they have had for 40 or in some cases 50 years. The memories are incredible. Yes there is sadness in some of those memories and even today there was more sadness noted. We have a saying in our senior community. "With all the physical ills we have, combined with the sadness we hear every day, the alternative to living with these problems is far worse". Please enjoy each others company, enjoy and share your joys and yes even your sadness. In unity there is inner strength building up. Someone might say to a memory "that is not accurate, it happened this way". SO WHAT! Let the memories live and enjoy what you have and share the love. :santa:

so many things dat we think r so big become so small when i think about wat ur goin thru.
how many years did u hav dat leg?
it did so many good things for u.
held u up thru toddlerhood to invade mom's cabinet's where the candy was stashed, adolescence which made u climb the trees, the wild and crazy teen years where u feelin ur oats, (i bet it was flying around then! lol) adulthood, while taking ur wife, children, and grands, (if u hav them) Christmas shopping to make everyone else happy, and now it's gone.
hopefully, it's no longer a burden to u, honey, and u can hav a betta quality of life now.
here's to dat betta quality of life to u!
may u recover quickly, get a "newbie" ( betta than the one u were draggin around) and dance along the rest of ur life to the beat of a different, yet, more "rythmic" drum.
