Plumb Beach Bike Path

I like to do a bit of winter biking every now and then, and I decided to head to the Plumb Beach bike path today. To my utter shock and surprise, I saw that the entire bike path was filled with snow and ice! I know is some states, the very first thing that the parks department does when it begins to snow is to maintain the bike paths so that it is free for biking.

Will they eventually clean up the bike path of the snow, or is the path out of service until the end of winter?
