Patsy, our deepest sympathies are sent to you and yours. When my parents died many years ago (1954,55) I was upset to the point of being bitter. My Minister, who was a great man, said to me "Warren, the only advise I can give to you is to concentrate on all the GOOD Memories of your parents. The fun times and love that you shared with them. Put aside the sad times." That advise helped a lot but there was something still missing in my life. When my first child was born, a son, the nurse in the hospital brought him to me and put him in amy arms. I looked down at this beautiful child and started to understand God's plan. Here was the family carried on to another generation. I have very little doubt that my parents were looking down at their new Grandchild and smiling at both him and for me.

My Dear Cousin Patsy,
No words can express what I feel.
Know we all love you.
You are the kindest and sweetest girl ever.
You always think about others. Aunt Connie and Uncle Charlie (your grandparents) did a wonderful job raising you. They gave u the structure for your life and you took over when you grew up. They did a wonderful job and you have grown into a wonderful person and I congratulate you on continuing that job well done.
I love you cousin Terry -

We have been through so much together, laughs and alot of them, love and friendship all through the years. You were not only my cousin my my Dear Friend.
We went through good times and bad.
We have had some very good times through the years. Our excursions to cemetery's and highway patrol tickets, tissues in your glasses from blowing your nose so may times at David's funeral. Your shirt inside out at the funeral. So many other times. Lmao
Yes I have to make u laugh even in this very sad moment. I Love You So much

It's so easy to be upbeat when most things seem to be going right in our lives. When things aren't going so good is when the true test of our character comes into play. YOU Patsy, appear to stay TRUE to form. This is a sad time and yet you seem to have an inner strength that seems to lift you above and beyond the obvious sadness. It's sad because of the loss we experience when a loved one passes. Your father is now in a better place. I must admit that I cried when I read your post, not because I knew your father and have so many fond memories of him, but because I feel for you and your family. My prayers are that you and your family continue to find strength in each other. I'm no bible thumper but a verse that comes to mind when thinking of finding this strength is found in the book of Galatians. The book was/is actually a letter written by Paul (not you Giglio) to the Jews of that day after Christ had been crucified, encouraging the people of that land to stay strong in their faith and not revert back to their old ways during the difficult times that followed. I am truly saddened by this loss for you and your entire family. I know there are no magic words to make anyone feel better during these trying times. Sometimes...just knowin there are people there for support is all the magic we need.
Galatians 5:2 "Bear ye one anothers burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ." -
