Can I borrow your ladder?

I'm painting my apartment and I need a decent-sized ladder (not a stepstool; an honest to god 5 or 6-foot ladder), but I don't have anywhere to store one and this is pretty much the only situation in which I'm likely to need it. Anyone have something they can lend? It's likely to get a little bit of paint on it, but I'm very neat, so not much.

I'm near PS 321 and lack a vehicle, so I'd love to stick within a 5 or 6 block radius.
