Hey guys,.....I had a crazy day. I was in shoprite and got a call from Vinny saying my aunt lillian didn't feel good. Needless to say I spent the rest of the day at lutheran's ER. She was having chest pains. They kept her overnight to do some tests.........hopefully it's nothing. I need some sleep....i've been out since 11 this morning. See you all tomorrow.

Debbie ....I hope its nothing....but its good that they're monitoring
her overnight.
Im gonna keep your Aunt Lillian in my prayers.....
I just read an article in Women's World about why cold air in the winter
is bad for people with high blood pressure. Im not sure what it does
but it constricts the vessels leading to the heart. They also said to wear
a sweater and keep your body warm when outside. They also said to
drink water within the 1st 15 mins after you wake-up....because your
body is dehydrated through the night and it makes your blood sticky.
You should buy that paper and keep it in the bathroom ....
its good reading for everyone....and Im sure they'll pick it up and read
while they're sitting in there! -
