Who does your snow removal?

I live in a small building with about 100 feet of sidewalk on one side and 45 feet on the other and we've been shoveling our own snow for the past couple of years, but now would like to find a reliable person or service to remove our snow.

Does anyone have any recommendations or know a good place to look? Last snowstorm, I was out for a couple of hours and thought I might see some freelancers, but nobody walked by with a shovel. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
