Hi-I went to Prospect Heights H.S.-graduated 1966...the name Susan sounds familiar-I did live on 8th between 19th & 10th.(between th highway and the cemetery) I'm laughing now-it was -13 degrees when I got up yesterday where I live and we had a foot of snow from last Wednesday to Friday afternoon....so it sounds like a heatwave is going on in Brooklyn right now!!! Glad to see so many people enjoying this blog-sounds like everyone is so friendly and nice!! Haven't been back since 2006-my kids are all grown now and I have a grandson here-but I may go back with my son this summer just to check out the neighborhood.......have to go back to work now...will check in tonight.....

the neighborhood has changed a great deal. You can not touch the houses there. It is Yuppie land. Our houses are going for 900 thousand to a million.
linda joy and her sisters also came from there. I went to bayridge hs and graduated in 1968. -

Hi Everyone...
Just had my 10th cup of tea and a hot cup of soup...nothing is helping, my head is sooooo stuffed....
Terry - Praying for Marie..
Anna - Welcome to the blog, nice to hear from new people.
Festina - Hope mom is ok, praying for her.
My mom is doing the same. She has an appointment with her oncologist on Wednesday, don't know exactly what they can do at this point, but we need to hear what he has to say. I feel that either she should take more tests to make sure the cancer isn't back somewhere in her body, if not, then we should take her to Sloan or NYU to get one more last opinion. Right now the only thing that is wrong is she cannot put two words together, and they are saying this is because she has damage fromt he radiation. Well, we just have to make sure that there is absoultely nothing more we can do for her. It is so sad, because she looks great, her mind is just gone. I am going to post a picture from Christmas...I have to remember where I have it....
Peek in later.
Howdy, Stranger!
