Parking lots?

I've been thinking of buying a car and am interested in which parking lots or garages people use. What do you think of them? and importantly, what are the current monthly rates? I was hoping to find one in the low 200's. Am I dreaming?

I heard recently that one of the parking lots on St. Marks is closing, not sure which one. I have heard good things about the one on Underhill between Prospect and St. Marks. I am not sure the price but I can see if they have it posted as I walk by tonight.

St. Marks Park, between Underhill and Washington closed a few weeks ago. Rohan from Nok auto says he's trying to get the owners to give him a lease, but haven't heard anything yet.

I read about the closing when I searched the boards prior to my post. Anyone use a current lot and know the price? Does 200-250 seem like it could work for a space in an off-street lot or garage?

I pay $250/month (tax included) at the garage on Underhill b/t Prospect and St. Marks. The garage on St. Marks b/t Vanderbilt and Underhill was $225 last time I checked.

GGMC garages are open 24 hours, secure and professional."

You call ahead and they have your car waiting for you when you get there.

They are a really nice group of guys, but they need at least 20 minutes notice to have your car ready.
