Good Morning!
How is everyboday today...
Went to moms yesterday....she had a really good day....when we first got there, we walked in and the stereo was blasting Toms Jones, I knew we were going to scare the shit out of of my mom and her aid, so we tried to walk in calling their names, but that didn't help, they both jumped when they saw us...She was eating and had such a smile on her face...she was like that most of the day. She ate great, seemed like she had a really good day.....but then at the end of the day, she was trying to tell me something and I could not for the live of me figure out what she was saying and she got so mad at me, asked me if I was going home already!!!!! Then she felt bad, but I could tell she was so sad, she tried so hard to make sense of her words, but she can't help it. But all in all it was a great day!!!!
Helen - Hope everything is ok with your husband Peter.
Patsy - Sounds good what you are making, I am going to make a big Gravy and some eggplant parmasean, this way I will have some food for the week.

To those who enjoy a glass of wine.... and those who don't and are always seen with a bottle of water in their hand.
As Ben Franklin said: In wine there is wisdom, In beer there is freedom, In water there is bacteria.
In a number of carefully controlled trials, scientists have demonstrated that if we drink 1 litre of water each day, at the end of the year we would have absorbed more than 1 kilo of Escherichia coli, (E. Coli) - bacteria
Found in feces. In other words, we are consuming 1 kilo of poop...
However, we do not run that risk when drinking wine and beer (or tequila, rum, whiskey or other liquor). Because alcohol has to go through a purification process of boiling, filtering and/or fermenting.
Remember:
Water = Poop
Wine = Health
Therefore, it's better to drink wine and talk stupid, than to drink water and be full of shit.
