needing custom made door!

Hi all,

I'm in need of an odd shaped slab door (26" x 1 3/4 x 81").
No frame or hardware needed, but a finished, dark chocolate colored wood with a translucent/clouded glass middle.

Anyone know of any woodsmiths/carpenters/door people who make custom doors that aren't outrageously expensive?
