If you have Applecare Apple will send someone to your home if you push them hard enough.

They sent someone to my home a few years ago.

Not sure if this person is still around, but TekServe gave me her contact information when I went in there a few years ago and asked if they could recommend someone who did house calls:

I don't know if they send techs out but they do applecare repair, I brought my Air there a few months ago and it was back in a couple of days and has been great since.
