Hey everyone....its been a while....in case you forgot it's me Al..lol....hey Patsy, Terry, Suz,, Joe glad to see your back to yourself again; Ant hope you fell better bro,Paul, Jim, Maryanne, Judy, Helen, Jeanette,Fes and eveyone....Been Busy with work and life, My aunt Marie is back in Hospital....sick of all the bad shit happening....I guess its a function of age.....Been busy with Band(Bellbottom Blues)...Breaking in a new keyboards, and Playing Friday night at the Stage house in NJ, and Saturday Opening for Jody Joseph(bon Jovi's Cousin) at the Gramacy in NYC(23rd ,). a Live Nation show....supposed to be some big time VIP's there...Steve Van zandt(Silvio of the sorporanos) from Bruce's Band; Sid Bernstien Promoter, and some other "Big Deal Music Celeb's....Watever all the same.

Barbara I feel the same way sometimes...got on here 2 or 3 times this week with no response....Donna-I have to agree 100% with you...there are so many people who have it so much worse than we do (like the people of Haiti) who have lost loved ones or kids living there are alive but have nothing to eat or a bed to sleep in-that's when we should thank God for the things we have and appreciate.....thanks for listening.......

Hi Anthony-you probably just left the website...i'm listening to you....if you don't feel well by tomorrow you call that Dr.'s office up and tell them that you can't wait for 2 weeks for an appointment-you need one today...you be firm about it and that if you have to go the office and sit and wait to be seen that's what you're going to do!!!! I'm sure when they realize you mean business they'll see you...you have to take care of yourself.....you have a good night's sleep, happy thoughts, and tomorrow is a new day....let me know how you feel tomorrow..things will get better, you'll see..................prayers are with you.
