Hi everyone......I AM SO PROUD OF YOU JEANNETTE!!! That's a great start!!! I can remember (and I know I'm aging myself) when I smoked they were 75 cents a pack...hearing how much they are today-that alone would give me a reason to quit..........it's quiet tonight so I'll say goodnight early....talk to everyone tomorrow........sweet dreams..........................

Boy January is a busy month for birthday's. Today is my son's
15th birthday and he want's pizza for dinner!!! lol So I don't
have to cook tonight......just bake him a cake. -

Hold on to your shorts on this one. I quit smoking when the Camels went from $2.00 to $2.25 a CARTON. We (Carol & I ) used to use our budgeted food money for the cigs. That extra .25 may have taken something out of the food basket. Health & Cost, the two main reasons to quit smoking. Your health and everyone in your household. Second hand smoke is also a killer!
Sorry to be a kill joy smokers but I know of NO POSITIVE reason for smoking now that all the facts about it are out. :roll: Carol never smoked and was and is happy that I quit in 1963!!!

walking up to the grocery store 18th & 6th to buy
my Dad his Camels. Thank God he quit when he did!
