    I cut my friggin finger tonight trying to catch a knife as it was falling!!! Stupid me.....Samantha said "you always tell us not to do that, why did you"? Good question.......thank God it's a small cut but it sure bled alot. Well I guess I'll go read.....see you all tomorrow.

    Hi Jeanette:

    I'm so glad to hear you made it through 2 days. I quit about 24 yrs ago.
    I did it for Lent and never went back. Some of the tricks you can try is
    not sitting down when you're on the phone. You will pick up a cig out of
    habit. After dinner I got right up. The longer you sit there the more you
    look for one. The last is I always chewed gum. Just having something
    to chew on in place of the cig was a big help. Don't worry about the weight,
    you can take care of that after you kick the habit. Good luck to you. I
    will pray for you. I know its hard but you can do it. LOVE..............

    thanks donna.i try to stay busy today. went through a lot a paper work for the past year, and shredded alot that i dont need. any way going to help my son at work for a coouple days. and i dont have any cigs in the house, not to temp myself.......take care...and thanks

    Good Morning Everyone,
    Pray for Marie not good at all.

    Her sister told me last night she is not eating, very forgetful and very yellow.
    May God have his angels watching over her today.
    The nurse said in her experience she may last 3 days to a week. She is some fighter.
    PLEASE KEEP PRAYING....THANK YOU

    This is when u put things into perspective and enjoy life....
